1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sathtern's website, services, or internship programs, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Internship Program

Sathtern provides virtual internship programs for educational and skill development purposes. Participation in an internship does not constitute employment or guarantee future employment.

3. Eligibility

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Sathtern reserves the right to reject or cancel any application containing false or misleading information.

4. Applications & Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Internship offers are issued solely at the discretion of Sathtern.

5. Documentation Fee

A documentation fee is applicable only for participants who wish to receive official internship documents after successful completion of the internship.

  • India: Rs.199 (INR)
  • International Applicants: US$3 (USD)

This fee supports the preparation and issuance of internship documents, administrative processing, certificate generation, verification services, and platform operations.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments made to Sathtern are non-refundable once successfully processed.

Please ensure you review all program details before making payment. Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Failure to complete the internship.
  • Failure to meet internship requirements.
  • Incorrect information submitted by the participant.

In the event of a duplicate payment or a verified technical payment error, Sathtern may review the case and determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Certificates & Internship Documents

Internship documents, including Offer Letters, Certificates of Completion, and Letters of Recommendation (where applicable), are issued only after successful completion of the internship and fulfillment of Sathtern's program requirements.

Certificates may be verified using their unique Certificate ID.

8. User Responsibilities

Participants must:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Complete assigned tasks honestly.
  • Avoid plagiarism or fraudulent submissions.
  • Respect Sathtern's policies and intellectual property.
  • Not misuse the website, forms, or verification services.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, certificates, branding, website materials, and digital resources are the intellectual property of Sathtern and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sathtern is not responsible for:

  • Internet or device-related issues.
  • Payment gateway delays or failures.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Loss of data resulting from user actions.

11. Changes to Terms

Sathtern reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
